Government
In ancient Mohenjo-daro, the people had a very unique way of "counting" money. The way they counted money was by measuring wheat. In the Lower City, many weights and scales were found near a very tall building. The building was probably a a factory for workers to measure the wheat. The more the wheat weighs, the more it is worth.
